Register for the Ride

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry form, I, the undersigned, assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may involve me durning the Frisco Family Fun Ride or while I am on the premises of the event, and hereby release and hold harmless the sponsors, promoters, and all other persons and entities associated with such an event from any and all injury and damages sustained by me, whether same be caused by negligence of the sponsors, promoters, or other persons or entities associated with the event or otherwise. I acknowledge that I am familiar with the dangers of participating in such an event including, by way of example and not limitation the following: The dangers of collision wit pedestrians, vehicles, other riders and fixed or moving objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards and weather conditions; and the possibility of serious physical and/or mental trauma or injury associated with athletic cycling events. I further agree that if I choose to participate in this event and not wear the approved cycling helmet, I can be subject to serious head injury and assume all liability and responsibility from failure to do so. I further attest that I do not have a physical or medical condition which would endanger myself or others if I participate in this event. Any photos taken of me during the event will remain the property of the Frisco Family Fun Ride and I authorize the use of my likeness to be used by the Frisco Family Fun Ride at their discretion in the use of any and all promotional and/or marketing materials including but not limited to print and internet media.
